July, 1995 (Heisei 7), Kyoko left the matter of divorce to her attorney and she filed the suit for divorce against her husband Shuichi with the Saitama district court which was his local court.
The person who wanted to divorce was Kyoko herself because of Shuichi's insult and their personality conflict.
So she didn’t sue for consolation money and property division but only for the judgment of divorce at first.
However she required child support.
It was possible within the time limit of two years for her to sue for consolation money and property division.
So anyway judgement for divorce was her priority.
The process of trial was got on to by each lawyer.
Kyoko thought that depending on her lawyer alone was not persuasive enough, so she submitted statements of facts, which were the details of their marriage life, to the court.
Against her statements, Shuichi submitted opposing statements to the court as well.
