1 Saori’s school life
On March 1998, two years after Saori was last contacted by Isshiki, Saori graduated from high school and in April, she started to attend M university in Tokyo. Her major was Japanese literature. She entered it through the admission on recommendation with a lot of awards, which she had gotten in high school days. It was the same way she had done high school.
Kyoko managed to be able to pay the tuition with savings from the expense of bringing up Saori and with a scholarship loan, in addition, the salary which Kyoko’s sister raised for Saori’s entering university.
Kyoko allowed Saori to enter M university on the condition that she had to look for Isshiki, when she went to Tokyo to go to university,
“I allow you to go to university in Tokyo, as you hope.
Living there, you will look for him, won’t you?
That story was true, wasn’t it?” asked Kyoko.
“OK, it’s true. Certainly I will look for him,” answered Saori in her bright voice.
