My opinion.
I don’t like the use of tablet as supplements. If a doctor prescribes supplements, I will take them, but I won’t buy them at the pharmacy myself. I don’t like tablet as supplements but I will drink liquid supplements sometimes.
I was anaemic once, a health nurse said she thought I needed an iron supplement . Because I don’t like supplements, I tried improving my diet. I ate 3 times a day. I had foods containing iron for example spinach, green leaf vegetables called KOMATSUNA and TSURUMUSASAKI in Japan, soybean flour drink of milk, and so on. I sometimes drink yogurts with added iron.
