Sendai in my case.

I have lived in Sendai on a few occasions. Sendai is the biggest city in the North East Part of Japan. Population is about one million people. It is wide city in the direction of east and west from the sea to the mountains. There are a bullet train and some local line and two subway line. I heard that there was also a tram once.
