The answer is that it is the financier. And once he finances someone, he starts to dominate the financed side. Over the years, at some point, the financier realizes his unrivalled superiority to the point where he has the right to kill and take the one being financed. Eventually, it happens in the financial mind to perpetuate this privileged right. To do so, he tries to build a totalitarian system with a view to cancelling all the fluidity indispensable to the blossoming of the dynamism that comes from capitalism free of any constraint.
In this case, what form does this totalitarian system take?
In the past, this system took the form of a military-totalitarian state, like Germany, Italy, Japan or others, with any administrative organ of the state manipulated by the military-political power. It can be called classical totalitarianism.
Today, this system takes the form of a democratic state, which is amazing, like all countries that claim to be democratic and take pride in dividing the three powers: justice, administration and legislation. This is a joke? Not at all!
How can a democratic state become totalitarian? It is very simple. Just follow what happened in the race for the presidential election of the United States of America 2020.
